Delicious homemade pizza | 4 different ways in 4 different trays

We sent our crispy baking range to @MyKitchen to try, and they created something that foodie dreams are made of – homemade pizza, 4 ways in all 4 of our innovative baking trays! From a delicious classic pizza to pull-apart rolls, a tasty pizza loaf and cheesy baguettes – drool! Take your pick and make these simple recipes to impress guests at dinner party a or even better, keep it all to yourself 🙂
you will need:
5g yeast
4 tbsp sugar
2 ½ cups lukewarm water
4 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
30g fresh basil
200g mozzarella cheese
½ cup tomato relish

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
To make the dough:
• In a small bowl add yeast, sugar and ½ a cup of lukewarm water. Stir and set aside.
• Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Create a well in the centre and add salt, olive oil and the remaining lukewarm water. Add the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
• Knead for 5 minutes
• Loosely chop ½ of the fresh basil, add to the dough, and knead to combine.
Pizza Loaf
• Place dough into your crispy baking loaf pan
• Top with grated mozzarella
• Bake in the oven for 45 minutes

 
 
 

 
 
Classic Pizza
• Place dough into your crispy baking sheet
• Lightly roll out the dough to cover the sheet
• Evenly spread with tomato relish
• Top with grated mozzarella & chopped basil
• Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

 
 
 

 
 

Pull-apart pizza bread
• Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough through the centre into 8 slices
• Cut the mozzarella into 8 matchbox sized cubes
• Stuff each dough slice with a piece of mozzarella and shape into balls
• Place 7 dough balls around the outside of your crispy baking flan pan, and one in the centre
• Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

 
 
 
 
 
Pizza Baguette
• Roll the dough out onto a floured surface
• Cut lengthways down the middle with a pizza cutter
• Evenly spread tomato relish on each half
• Sprinkle each half with grated mozzarella and chopped basil
• Roll into logs and place in your crispy baking baguette tray
• Bake for 30 minutes
