Banana & oat biscuits | A quick and tasty way to use use your ripe bananas

In the famous words of Gwen Stefani, this recipe is “Bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S!”

Depending on the amount of people living in your house, and the rate at which they devour the contents of your fruit bowl, you can often be left with a handful of over-ripe produce before you have had the chance to enjoy it. Luckily, bananas turn into a bakers dream once their skin begins to brown!

If you don’t have a lot of time on your hands, or your budget is a little tight, this recipe is hands down one of the easiest ways to use up your ripe bananas without spending a bomb! Packed with flavour, these banana & oat biscuits take just a couple of minutes to whip up.

* This recipe makes 9 – 12 banana and oat biscuits depending on the size

You’ll need
