First things first- remember that this is a time of family fun and rejoicing. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself- you should be able to celebrate too!
The Eggstravagant Easter Feast
We’re all guilty of a little over-indulgence when it comes to Easter, because there’s truly nothing better than working up an appetite in an Easter egg hunt and then eating until… well..until you can’t move. If you want to go all in, eggs to the walls, bunnies and all, then we’ve got your ideal Easter feast and Easter ideas sorted!
Create a table worthy of a visit from the Easter Bunny:
One of our favourite Easter ideas has to include the table decor. For a simple setting that celebrates the last of the sunny weather, keep the crazy colours to a minimum and stick to a neutral look and feel as a base for the table. Add a pop of colour by scattering brightly coloured or pastel shades of Easter eggs around the table or in glass jars for a more cleaner look. Use neutral and pastel shades in the decorative dishes, serviettes, tablecloth and flowers.
Incorporate some greenery into your table setting to tie the neutrals and pastel colours together. This greenery will be a great pop of colour, and can be used decoratively within your serving trays and around the table.
One of our big impact Easter ideas are these little bunny cardboard cut outs to place on your serviettes.
Have a separate kiddies table! While keeping the adult table more sophisticated, go Easter crazy with the kiddies table. Think bright and exciting colours and be sure to have lots of homemade chocolate treats on the table.

Easter Fun and Easter Hunts
Have some good old-fashioned fun with the much-loved Easter Egg Hunt! Here’s a quick How-To on throwing a fun hunt for old and young alike!
Preparation:
We suggest you purchase some plastic hollow eggs, that are easy to fill with small toys, chocolates and treats! Or add numbers that correspond to bigger prizes, such as stuffed animals, big chocolate bunnies, Easter books etc. Estimate about 6-12 eggs per guest.
Hiding:
If you would like to throw an Easter egg hunt for the whole family and for all ages, be sure to divide the area into two zones. Make the little ones a zone that is a lot easier, and for the teens / adults, pump up the difficulty! To make it more exciting, don’t stop the search until the last egg is found – make sure to keep count of the eggs!
