Baking home

5 Tools every baker should have – no matter your skill level

Invest in quality bakeware that is dishwasher safe, oven safe and most importantly – non-stick. Tools and gadgets should preferably be dishwasher safe for convenience, and when it comes to baking – silicone is your friend in the kitchen! These five basic necessities are sure to make you fall in love with baking and spending time in the heart of the home all over again.

1) Collapsible Measuring Cups

Baking is an art as well as a science and getting the exact measurement of ingredients right is key to your baking success. Our Eetrite collapsible measuring cups are perfect for easy storing.

2) Spoontula

A happy medium between a spoon and a spatula, great for mixing ingredients together and scraping the bottom of batters out of the bowl.  Our Eetrite spoontula comes with a heat resistant silicone head that has a nylon core for extra support.

3) Stainless steel Whisk

Your magical wand to blend ingredients until they are smooth or to make sure enough air gets into your batter. When it comes to whipping up sweet treats, go for a stainless steel whisk head rather than silicone.

4)  Bamboo and silicone rolling pin
A must have tool for any aspiring baker.

5) Decorating pen with tips

There is no end to the fun and creativity one can experience when decorating a cupcake. With a decorating pen you can craft artful decorations in the form of icing flowers, swirls and patterns.
